how to exit windows insider Programme?
The better way to use MEDIA CREATION TOOL to avoid country & region set up to safe and simple and official method to install windows.
Then check by WINDOWS ASSISTANT application the current version.

1. Stop receiving preview updates immediately
Opt out via System Settings
Open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program
Click “Stop getting preview versions”
Select:
“Exit program only” (keep current preview version)
“Exit and roll back to stable” (requires a system reinstall)
2. Remove Insider association completely
Sign in to the Insider website with your Microsoft account
Remove the current device in “Manage Devices”.
Turn off all Insider options in “Settings”.
3. Fall back to the official system
Go to Settings > Update and Security > Restore
Select “Return to a previous version of Windows”
Follow the wizard to complete the rollback (takes 30-60 minutes)
4. Completely reset your system
Create USB flash drive installation media (official tool download)
Select “Custom Installation” at startup
Fresh install after deleting all partitions
5.Follow-up maintenance
Prevent rejoining the program
Check Group Policy (Pro/Enterprise):
gpedit.msc > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage Preview Versions
Set to “Disable”
6. Clean up the residual files
Delete the C:\Windows.old folder
Run the Disk Cleanup utility (check “Previous Windows installations”)
7. Common Problems Solved
Can't exit option grayed out?
Make sure the device is associated with a Microsoft account
Try operating in Safe Mode
8. Fallback option not available
New installation required after 10-day expiration date
Make an installation using Media Creation Tool
