TiWorker.exe Windows Modules Installer Worker has a high occupancy rate

For anyone else (ping: cybaek; ldy04707; mondojohnson), the link to my thread regarding a fix wasn't working initially, as Microsoft/Forum-Moderators wanted to review before approving it for other viewers to see; which took an unacceptably long amount of time (a few days).

Updating this thread as now, Dev build 26120.1843 has been released, and if you followed my fix/thread, it should show up in Windows Update (as it does for me).

I will install the update now and post any updates in that thread if any issues arise.
