TiWorker.exe Windows Modules Installer Worker has a high occupancy rate
Fixed it.
Downloaded https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso for "Windows 11 Insider Preview (Dev Channel) - Build 26100.1150" and installed it. Even though I was on 26120.1542, it still let me install 26100.1150 just fine and the install went smoothly (mounted the ISO and installed).
After installing, ran Windows update and besides the fact that Windows Update finally works again, it updated me to 26100.1591
Much more stable and responsive!
Hope this helps anyone out there!

MJFOX965 I am so happy it worked for you, that alone made it worth the write up.
For anyone else (ping: cybaek; ldy04707; mondojohnson), the link to my thread regarding a fix wasn't working initially, as Microsoft/Forum-Moderators wanted to review before approving it for other viewers to see; which took an unacceptably long amount of time (a few days).Updating this thread as now, Dev build 26120.1843 has been released, and if you followed my fix/thread, it should show up in Windows Update (as it does for me).
I will install the update now and post any updates in that thread if any issues arise.
Thanks for letting me know it worked MJFOX965. I really appreciate it.
