I have the same issue and it takes up more than half of my CPU usage and its kind of lagging my laptop, my CPU is AMD Ryzen 6800h with 16gb RAM, the issue is the cumulative update stuck at 8% same as everyone and i have to pause the update to make it not lagging. Please do update me if there is any other way to fixed this issue or bypass this update.
