TiWorker.exe Windows Modules Installer Worker has a high occupancy rate

3563603236 i am currently having the same issue since last week a 16g ram pc always slow and hanging @8% download level with my CPU usage @ 100% thereby hanging the pc

i have had to reset the pc to factory settings just to see if it can bypass that issue but no way.

i am there going to stop every windows update until further notice

i will disable that tiworker and block any thing windows update until the next update is released
