I have the same issue.

The CPU (E5-2699v4) usage of TIWorker.exe is 99% and this process keeps to eat more and more RAM. I've got to the point where TIWorker.exe RAM usage was more than 1,5GB. Only way to regain usabillity of my PC was to kill this process. Windows Update fails install update KB5041872 at 8%.
