This window pops up every time I run the exe file. How do I close it?
I would like to ask if there is a way to completely disable this window that always pops up when running exe files?

Yes you can remove the UAC Prompt
This is the blue/grey box asking for permission.
You can lower or disable UAC in Control Panel → User Accounts → Change User Account Control settings.
Drag the slider down to “Never notify”.
Disabling this removes a major layer of protection—malware could run without any warning.
