I am getting this pop-up in my settings: " You need to activate Windows before you can personalize your PC."Whenever I click on the Activate now button, it appears to be a troubleshooting feature.

I wish you had an idea how to fix that. I have been trying and trying and I've pretty much been locked off all those accounts -Windows, Microsoft, Google, HP and others. I really have no idea how to come back and fix all of it. I'm about to trash that laptop.&nbsp;
