"This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10"
When joining the Insiders program and trying to install 1903, I get "This PC can't be upgraded to Windows to 10" error. I have seen the article about this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4500988/windows-update-hold-for-windows-10 but I don't have any external storage or card reading devices attached. Is there any log or something to actually figure out which device it thinks is incompatible?

anstosa I was having the same problem too. I don't know if you're a gamer or not, but my problem was the BattleEye anti-cheat tool (in a folder on my OS HDD). Find the BattlEye directory in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files and move/delete it. I ended up finding this solution on reddit:

That's what did it for me. As soon as I moved the folder (just to update), everything updated just fine. I'm now on 1903.
