This option is currently unavailable for facial recognition, figerprint recognition, and pin

Hello all, I've been dealing with the problem of not being able to set up a new fingerprint, facial recognition, or Pin after a while of having my laptop. When i first got it, all these options were available and now for some reason they are all grayed out. Please let me know of any solution you may think of. Thank you
