The Windows system encountered some minor issues.
I am on the Beta channel and have encountered issues such as not being able to see my phone in File Explorer and not being able to adjust the volume slider. The system shows that I am using version 26120.4452. I am not sure what the problem is. Should I manually update via ISO file?

The build you've installed in no longer latest. The latest build is 26120.5751, you can try upgrading to it.
If issue still persists, try performing repair upgrade or switch to Release Preview channel.
If stability is critical, consider moving to the Release Preview or Stable channel:
You can do this via Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program.
Opt to stop Insider builds or switch to a more stable channel.
