The Windows system cannot log in to the account, and all desktop files are missing.

I updated the version a few days ago. After the update, the next time I booted up, it displayed Preparing Windows.After entering, it displayed that I needed to log out and log back in to restore the files. I tried several times, but it didn't work, and restarting didn't work either. I saw online that this update had a major bug, so I uninstalled it, but it still didn't work. Can my desktop files be restored? I need help.
