The Windows 11 taskbar flickers and freezes every half hour, but it recovers after a few seconds.

I encountered a very strange bug. Every half hour, the taskbar on Windows 11 flashes a few times. Although it doesn't have a big impact, it affects the game frame rate and causes a few seconds of lag. This problem only started recently. I've tried most of the solutions mentioned online, such as changing the language bar and restoring the system. I don't know if anyone else has encountered the same problem. I need a solution.
