The system update removed my account's disk permissions.
The player is installed in the Program Files folder on Drive D. Today, I suddenly discovered that I couldn't drag files from the folder to the player list anymore! Everything was fine last month, and...
Yeah, that tracks. The update probably messed up the permissions on that specific folder. Moving it gave it a fresh start with new permissions. Renaming it broke everything 'cause the shortcuts and registry still pointed to the old path. Just use the copy on the other disk.
