The Start menu and the Win key in Windows 11 sometimes fail to open
While using Windows 11, the Start menu and the Windows logo key on the keyboard suddenly stop working completely; neither clicking nor pressing them produces any response. I have tried the following steps, but none of them worked:
Pressing Fn + Win to confirm that the Win key lock is not enabled
Restarting the Explorer process
Running the system file check with `sfc /scannow`
Currently, only restarting the computer temporarily restores normal functionality, but the issue reoccurs after the system has been running for a while. Please advise on possible causes and solutions.

Try performing clean boot, see if that helps:
Conflicting drivers can cause issues with the keyboard or other system components, leading to the Start menu not working.
