The Screen Saver and Display Shutoff Are Not Activating

Greetings,

I've been encountering some issues of late. Interestingly, I managed to resolve the problem while playing Starfield, although it persists when Windows is up and running, even with no applications open.

Any suggestions on what could be the cause?

Appreciate your help.

    1. Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep.
Ensure that the sleep timers are set to the desired time for both the screen and the PC.
    Windows:
Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.
Click on Lock screen and then Screen saver settings.
Ensure a screen saver is selected and set a wait time.
    2.Check for Applications Preventing Sleep
Certain applications can prevent the screen from sleeping. Common culprits include:
    Media players
    Presentation software
    Virtual machines
Make sure to close any apps that might be keeping the display active.
    3. Update Graphics Drivers
Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can lead to issues with display settings:
Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
Expand the Display adapters section, right-click on your graphics driver, and select Update driver.
    4.Check for Windows
Ensure your operating system is up-to-date to avoid bugs that may affect power management:
Windows: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
