the screen blinks when accessing the account page in settings

When I go to the account page in the settings to view the Microsoft 365 information, the page blinks. I can't view the information. Happened two month ago. In the latest Dev. Channel build. A bug, I believe. No issue when using a local user account. Issue only happen with my Microsoft account.
