the newest cumulative update KB004296 isnt installing, shows (0x800f0990) error

I am trying to install the cumulative update preview for windows 10 21H2 , but it shows Error encountered after a very long time of installing procedure. Error Code (0x800f0990).

    I tries that too but this didn't help/Deleted

        I'm getting exactly the same error message.
        KB5004296 and also for "Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H2"
