The new toolbar in Windows 11

Of course, you can do this, but Microsoft has removed it for security reasons.
This requirement has been identified as a top priority (0 - trust)
Allowing a logged in user to have a convenient, user definable quick access button is less secure than pushing users to install third party hacks to regain a very, very useful feature?
