The Insider build is stuck at 29591, and the 29595 update cannot be detected.
I went to Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates, hoping to detect and download version 29595, but it actually told me that I was already running the latest version and couldn't update to 2959...
Go to Settings > Windows Update and make sure the toggle for "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available" is turned On. This setting is designed for users who want to be among the first to receive gradual rollouts.
