The Insider build is stuck at 29591, and the 29595 update cannot be detected.
I went to Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates, hoping to detect and download version 29595, but it actually told me that I was already running the latest version and couldn't update to 29595.

If the update still doesn't appear, you can manually download the build ISO from the Windows Insider website or use the Media Creation Tool for a clean install or repair upgrade. Keep in mind that Insider builds are preview versions, so availability can vary, and some updates may be staged or delayed.
The message is normal if your current version is up to date for your update channel.
