The "history" of security certificates on Windows Insider Program
Hello everyone,
A number of security certificates expire on September 30 at 4 p.m., and failure to replace them before the deadline could prevent affected machines from connecting to the Internet.
The expert who warned about this waited a week before the deadline to come forward, which meant that by the time the information circuits reacted, I was informed by an email yesterday at 6:02 p.m., and I read it a bit by chance.
What to check on a Vista machine?
As for telephones, I imagine that we only have a problem connecting to the Internet, that we can always make calls?
I guess I'll have to try asking the question in different places, because here if we answer in a day or two that's okay.

Making Calls: Usually, if your system's internet connection is down or compromised due to certificate issues, VoIP or online calling services may also be affected.
Traditional Phone Calls: If you have a landline or cellular phone, you should still be able to make calls unless there's a broader communication outage.

This is a security machanism to prevent running or installing malware. You should turn it on.

Check the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and "Personal" folders for any certificates nearing expiration or invalid certificates.
