The Explorer.exe starts with unresponsive and crashes after log in

The Explorer.exe starts with unresponsive and crashes,then the application restarts indefinitely. Using Ctrl+Shift+Esc or Ctrl+Alt+Del to open the TaskMGR couldn't solve the problem,because TaskMGR couldn't open too.
Obviously, when the mouse selects an application on the desktop, it will have a check box.But after a while, the screen will be blank
