The differences for these security features on Windows
Hello i’m writing an essay about windows privacy features and i just want to know which ones are security and which ones are privacy features because I’m getting mixed answers from my class mates. If one of the features that i’ve mentioned is a security feature can you tell me and give me a privacy feature instead.
Diagnostic Data Control (Telemetry settings)

- Activity History Control
- Location Services
- Windows Hello

Privacy and security are not mutually exclusive. Windows Hello for example is an authentication system, so it is security, but since it can grant access to your PC or functions like Recall, it affects your privacy too.
Prevents unauthorized changes to your system, protecting against malware. Helps limit exposure of user data to unauthorized applications.
