The C drive of the Windows system is updated by a few gigabytes every month.

After Windows updates every month, several GB of space are always lost from the C drive. It is necessary to find the specific location of the update residual files and delete them completely.

You can delete them using the built-in disk cleanup tool.

It's common for Windows updates to temporarily use additional disk space during installation, and sometimes old update files are retained, taking up several gigabytes. Windows has a built-in tool called Disk Cleanup that can help you safely delete these residual files, including old updates, without harming your system.
