Taskbar
When i click on taskbar date and timr/calendar its starts to load and the taskbar restarts and everything is normal and it happens everytime i click on the date and time/calendar.

That's the same problem I am also facing, it's a bug.
Can you please post feedback about this in Feedback Hub (Windows Key + F) with recorded diagnostics and share the link here so people having the same problem can upvote it there and the Windows team can solve this issue as soon as possible.
