Taskbar bug

Good I have a problem with the taskbar in Windows 11 (Windows 11 ver 21H2 22000.184) and is that I had to do a forced shutdown keeping the on / off button of the PC and after turning on the taskbar is fixed on the left however it is ordered horizontally. If you change the main screen, the taskbar changes to that screen but to the same position while the one on the second screen remains correct. What could I do to fix this problem?
