Task Manager Start Up issuers

Heya, I have had an odd bug recently with specifically the insider build. I have 11 on my laptop (which is not insider) and even though the lay out is completely identical, the applications for start up aren't shown in my insider preview.

After checking the health with an SFC and a DISM, it did not fix the issue. It slightly resolved it since it now shows 5 of the many apps that should be there but they are all listed as disabled and one shouldn't technically be there (it does no have a file for it within the startup directories).

If anybody could help, that would be great, feel free to ask for screenshots.
