Task manager and resources consumed without being displayed

How can it be over 80% of RAM when I have 16 GB of RAM, I'm not a genius, BUT, 2100 MB RAM means 2 GB, plus two more from the game, 4, where is the difference between 4-5 GB and 16?

I said something else than in the image because I was looking in the task manager at that time, but, you understand, some malware is eating resources, WHAT EXACTLY is happening here?

Probably not malware — Windows caches and reserves a lot of memory for background services, drivers, and file caching, so even if apps only show a few GB, total usage can hit 80%. Check Task Manager → Performance → MemoryIn use (Compressed) — that’ll show how much is actually reserved by the system.
