Sometimes, the window management settings can affect the behavior of windows. To check this:
a. Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
b. Click on System.
c. Scroll down to the Multitasking section.
d. Ensure that the toggle switch for Snap windows is turned off.
e. Also, make sure that the Automatically hide the taskbar option is disabled.
