System parameters (msconfig) and WinPE USB flash , shows wrong Windows version. How to fix ?

Hey all.

Msconfig and my USB stick with WinPE , shows wrong windows versions. They say Windows 10 while i have 11.
WinPE , shows the wrong version , when i go to Restore from a Restore Point. Then , it asks me to select the Windows version.

Note that the WinPE image it has created directly from MS's site as a Windows 11 version.
But it has only one version , the Windows 10. I guess i have to correct the version and disable the boot menu of WinPE.
Any suggesitions ?

Thanks.

Use bcdedit /enum all to check the boot entry version, and verify that the PE image version matches the host system via DISM /Get-ImageInfo /ImageFile:C:\install.wim.
