System diagnostics is not functioning

Hello everyone,

I recently attempted to utilize the system diagnostics tool on my HP Probook laptop running Windows 11 to identify any existing issues. Unfortunately, the tool indicated that it needed to collect data for a duration of 60 seconds. Surprisingly, even after a full day, it has not completed the task as shown in the attached screenshot.

Any ideas on what might be causing this delay?
