'Sync is Paused' in chrome browser after update
After the KB5060829 update, I ran into issues where Chrome/Brave would log me out every time and WhatsApp Desktop crashed (due to twinapi.appcore.dll error).

Create a new local Windows user account -this reset my profile and fixed both issues.
Copy your important files (Documents, Downloads, etc.) to the new account.

Re-sign in to your Google account in Chrome Settings → Sync, followed by clearing the browser cache will restore synchronization.

Re-enable synchronization in Chrome Settings → Sync and Google Services followed by clearing the browser cache.
