Surface pro 1 Wont boot

My surface pro 1 was working fine i installed ubuntu 22..04 today i didnt want it any more and i deleted the partition where ubuntu was installed and now it wont boot to windows the surface logo appears and then there is some writing i 

ill attach picture i read i have to boot to usb flash drive that has the recovery image on it but it wont boot i tried holding down the volume down and the power button but it doesnt do anything can some one help please
