Surface laptop 2 keyboard: nationality?

I have found a Surface Laptop 2 with a strange AZERTY keyboard; most keys work properly, but I have tried all the available AZERTY keyboards and not one of them works completely: the nearest one is the French Belgian, except some non-letters ones, and most of the ALT-Gr combinations.
