[Suggestion Feedback] Show and Hide Cortana with CTRL + C

Currently CTRL + C only shows the Cortana window but doesn't hide it. I want to be able to quickly search for something by pressing CTRL + C shortcut, type my question and get my answer, then press CTRL + C again and hide it.
