anupbadri If you go to services and then search for the killer services and 'kill' them then your problems are over.
thanks man! i had this issue also in Windows 10. When I connect by WiFi everything works perfect (DL/UP: 1000 mb/s), but when connect by the wire i had upload max 2 mb/s. After deleting killer apps it starts working correctly. After update to Windows 11 its happened again xD but your solution is perfect! Thank You!
