Sudden Deformation: Pixelation, Fading, and Flickering on Desktop Screen

Upon starting my computer, I discovered that the screen displayed an unusual static effect reminiscent of an old analog TV. Despite checking for updates and attempting to update my display drivers, the issue persists. A photo illustrating the problem has been included below for reference.
