Stuck on Windows 11 Version 10.0.23536 Build 23536 (Dell XPS 7590)

I recieved a Windows 8 popup saying my version was end of support. I am wondering why I have not recieved a feature update as I am still on 22H2. I have been getting security updates and whatnot. I would like to update, but also want to avoid a complete reinstall of windows. Also in the settings it has me opted out of insider updates. When I try to turn it off, it resets back to on. I originally installed windows 11 before it released, when they had the task manager bug that was bricking systems.
