Stuck on the Insider Preview even leaved the program
- I joined Win 10 insider then update to Win 11 long time ago. But I stuck at 23455.1001 version that cause me cannot update my Win 11. I have tried installation media, but it results my PC doesn't meet Win 11 requirement...How it can be occurred that I was using Win 11. For more information, I might be found my PC TPM module is missing, then I contact Dell services and even change a new motherboard for me but the Windows Update Problem Still Occur.
- I also leave the insider program long time ago as I met this annoying problem.
- I just try to find a solution that keep all my app, file and data, that why I don't do the clean installation so far.

Hi, only downloading a higher version will keep the settings and update in place.
But rather, it will be necessary to download the stable version of Windows10 - a clean installation
- Just simple backup your data and perform an in-place upgrade with Windows 10 or Windows 11 ISO file you should be fine.
