Thank you for your reply. The issue not a clean install, the issue is my email being linked to Windows insider program. So even when I install a fresh version, once I log in to the Windows using that e-mail address, it just installs the insider preview

No, installing the stable version of Windows – it doesn't sync Insider settings automatically, so if you don't reconnect your Microsoft account to Insider – then you'll only get stable updates, or PR only. as a preview that is stable.

- Try this:
Open Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts > Accounts used by other apps > select account > next to Sign in options, select Apps need to ask me to use this account.
Repeat this for all Windows Insider email accounts you've on system.
