Stuck on previous/older Insider version

Method: Update via Settings
- Open the Settings app (you can search for it in the Start menu).
- Click on Update & Security.
- In the Windows Update section, click on Advanced options.
- Select Choose how updates are delivered and toggle the switch to On (if it's not already).
- Click on Options and then select Update settings.
- Set the Update type to Feature updates and click Save.

I wish I'd found this information sooner, I somehow stumbled my way through and managed to sort this out with the bits of information I gathered here and there on the net but it took many hours.
