Stuck in Windows 11 Home insider preview 22543

I currently have the windows home insider preview build 22543, which has expired apparently, so I would like to leave the build and return to whatever the current stable windows version is. I have checked my windows update, but after a while, it says something like "nothing was found, check settings later". It doesn't even tell me if I'm up to date or anything, and my troubleshooter isn't working either. 

I've been trying to find a solution for the past few days, but at this point, I am completely lost and could use any help.

    Nubi_M I am having the same problem as well. I have tried downloading the iso of the latest release and mounting it virtually but the instsaller fails. running on a qualcomm arm64 version

      bumping this still haven't found a solution. The only thing that might work is for me to create a bootable usb via rufus but im afraid i might run into the same issue with the installer not initializing
