Stuck in the insider program
I seem to be in the insider program with no way of getting out of it. I have contacted support but was met with AI generated responses.
I would like some advice on how to get out of the insider program while keeping as much of my data as possible.\
Any help would be very greatly appreciated!

Click Stop Insider Preview Builds. You might see an option like Unenroll this device when the next version of Windows is available. Select it. Confirm any prompts.
Hi, the safe path depends on your current channel and build number. In Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program, choose "Unenroll this device when the next version of Windows releases" if it is available. That keeps your data and moves you out when a public build catches up. Leaving Dev or Canary immediately usually requires a clean installation because stable Windows cannot be installed over a newer preview build while keeping apps and data. Back up personal files and recovery keys first. Please share the channel and `winver` build so people can tell whether a keep-files route is currently possible.
