stuck in pending restart

Windows Configuration Update (KB5030509) When I restart, it boots up fine but still shows that there is the Windows Configuration Update (KB5030509) "pending restart.

Try this. Go to Windows Update, Advanced Options, Recovery and then Fix Problems Using Windows Update and Click on Reinstall Now. See if it pops back up again.

    I've done that numerous times and it still says that I need to restart to finish updating.
