stop using insider program
I'm trying to stop receiving betas and when I press the button to exit the insider program it sends me to a page where I click on leave the program now and then stop receiving insider preview builds,...
To downgrade to stable from the Beta Insider Program - you need to do a clean installation of Windows - which will format the drive and your personal files - remember this!
