Stop preview builds
Hi, I wanted to exit the insider program but am not able to leave the program from the link. I have not installed any insider updates yet (they have automatically downloaded not installed),and have kept my insider settings to 'release preview'. How to go back to the normal windows update settings?

On the left sidebar, select Windows Insider Program.
If you're already on the Insider settings page, you should see an option to Stop Insider Builds or Leave the Insider Program.
