Start Menu Not Working in Windows 11

I had the same issue with my laptop Asus Zenbook Flip 13 OLED (UX363, 11th Gen Intel), i spend 2 hours with Microsoft customer support and they didn't figure it out,
finally read something about display driver, so this is what I did.
I download the latest Graphics driver from Asus website, restarted the computer.
then i removed the display driver from Device manager, the start menu works, after that i updated the display driver and start menu is working perfectly.
