somehow im in windows vers. 11 23H2 and cant access windows security or defender
talked to microsoft support and they told me to Ask them how to get off Insider version 23H2 and so you can get back to Windows 11 version 22H2. as the 23H2 version does not let us open your Windows Security page. please help none of my apps are working
