Some jpg files not opening on Windows 11 but do on Windows 10 using Photo Viewer

Same problem here. Every application that uses the Windows Imaging Component seems to have this problem. Photoshop, etc. works fine.
In my application I get this error: The image header is unrecognized. (0x88982F61)
Same here, it happened after I upgraded from Win11 23H2 to 24H2. Only some jpgs won´t open with all sorts of image viewers. They work however when I open them in my 24H2 test VM. No solution to this?
